About This Project
A 150-room, 600-bedspace hostel, delivered and furnished.
This student housing development at Edo University, Uzairue, was delivered under Campus Alive Initiative’s Properties service line, from site planning through to a fully furnished handover ready for move-in.
The finished blocks provide 150 rooms across 600 bedspaces, built to serve the surrounding university community with secure, affordable accommodation within walking distance of campus.
Rooms were handed over furnished, with wardrobes and bedding in place, alongside exterior lighting and perimeter fencing for evening security.
