The Project

A landmark development, delivered at zero cost to OAU.

The OAU Transit Hub is a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) partnership between Campus Alive Initiative and Arcview Consult — designed, financed, built and operated entirely by the private partner. At the end of the concession period, the fully operational asset transfers to the University.

It brings together a dedicated transport terminal, retail shops, a food court and business spaces in one well-planned destination at OAU’s busiest gateway.

  • Zero upfront financial burden on the University
  • Professional management and day-to-day operations
  • Risk transfer to the private sector, value retained for OAU

Why Invest

Built for demand that’s already there.

1A captive, built-in community

Consistent foot traffic from OAU’s students, staff and visitors passing through the University’s busiest gateway, every day of the academic year.

2A modern, managed environment

A professionally operated commercial space — not an informal roadside market — with structured security, maintenance and facility management.

3A trackable, professional process

Every applicant gets a unique EOI number that carries through every document in the process, creating a clear, auditable paper trail.

4A strategic gateway location

Positioned at Lagos Garage — the primary entrance to OAU — for visibility no other commercial development in the area can match.
