About This Project
A 12-unit residential block, built for long-term letting.
This development in Arepo, Ogun State, delivered 12 self-contained 2-bedroom apartments under our Properties service line.
Like our other residential work, the project moved from site planning through construction and handover as one accountable process. Arepo sits within Lagos’s fast-growing commuter belt, and the development was planned with that residential demand in mind.
