About This Project
A retail and recreation destination proposed for the COE Warri community.
This shopping mall and recreation centre is proposed for the College of Education community in Warri, Delta State, under our Properties service line.
It follows the same principle behind our other campus-facing developments: bringing a modern, well-managed commercial space directly to a university community that doesn’t currently have one nearby.
