Properties is one of Campus Alive Initiative’s four core service lines, sitting alongside Marketing, TV production and Logistics. It covers hostel, residential and commercial development for institutions and private clients, from student housing near university campuses to standalone residential estates.
The portfolio includes completed work like the 20-room student hostel at OAU, Ife, the 150-room student hostel at Edo University, Uzairue, and Aso Gardens Estate in Karsana, Abuja, alongside proposed commercial developments currently at the planning stage.
Because this sits inside the same company as our Marketing and Logistics teams, a property project can draw on the same on-the-ground campus relationships that inform everything else we do, rather than starting from zero.
Site planning & feasibility
Assessing a site and putting a realistic build plan and timeline in place before ground is broken.
Construction & project management
Coordinating contractors and materials through to completion, backed by our own Block Industry supply arm.
Handover & facilities support
Getting a finished property to move-in ready, including furnishing for student housing where required.
